  Food was luke warm when it came out. We had been seated for about an hour and one guest hasn't received her beverage she ordered when we first sat down. When she asked about it she was told all the cups we being used and the server was waiting for the other party to finish. Her response was unacceptable. We had to speak to 2 managers.
  
  The 2nd manager did accommodate those who wanted their food redone and took sine money off the bill after we asked. But, we shouldn't have had to ask.
